If you are a resident of Bexar County or any county touching Bexar County (Atascosa, Bandara, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina or Wilson), you MUST obtain an Official ScanTron "Police Cadet Application Form", fill it out, and submit it IN PERSON
